It's debatable whether Megha ji meant Marathi or Hindi meaning for that word which she used.

Her mother tongue is marathi , so it can be possible she said in marathi but then all other bad words were hindi oriented , so why only this she uttered in Marathi is suspicious.

Secondly. Nobody calls anybody earthworms , so it looks highly unlikely she meant that.

Third and the last thing, one needs to be careful with the usage of word while speaking to a person as the word which we use might just have a different meaning altogether in their mother tongue and the person would obviously take offense.

I can give an example here. In telugu , the word "Randi" is used to welcome people respectfully into their home, office etc whereas in hindi, it's a very bad word.

If she meant earthworms den she is making a record in calling people by animal names.
Today she called d pair of Deepak and Rohit...chuchundar and bandar😆
Dogs are her all tym fav😆

Funnily reminded of school where people called each other monkey and donkey😆

PS : I'm not supporting Megha here.No idea what d word means in Marathi .
