i thought Paanch was a huge success on the channel and was definitely not underrated, considering it was planned as a finite series...it became very popular, however i do agree it could not win win awards, but that's not the show's fault though..when there so many crappy shows around, they won't give awards to youth shows anyway...

and yeah ur right i haven't heard abt suvreen and that humse hai life show i have only seen o gujariya because Channel V was aggressively promoting itself as a youth brand channel in 2014 i couldn't catch the shows before that year so

1. Kya Qasoor hai Amla ka (dealt with the emotional journey and struggle of a rape survivor) but was cancelled by channel prematurely.

2. Aaramabh (a period drama which shows what a *strong* female lead is actually like) but was cancelled by channel prematurely.

3. Sarabhai vs Sarabhai 1 (I still re-watch old eps despite of watching umpteen times)

4. Bade Bhaiyya ki Dulhaniya (it was somewhat along the lines of Sasural Genda Phool)

5. Ek packet Ummeed (a story about a group of women from various walks of life touching upon real issues in their own way)

6. Love ne mila di Jodi (one of the FL and her pairing was done so well and showed what equality b/w partners is)

I think Indian dramas are too lengthy which makes the stories too weired and the directors add such a felthy characters which can never be justified. Indian drama industry must have to rethink about their style of writings. Do you agree with me?
