Rajesh Anchal and Iqbal were still working with him at the time of their birthdays, he can wish them directly. But Namita has finished her work and not on sets anymore so ek detailed wish toh banta hein.

Nothing is kaala. I'm sure he wished those 3 directly since he sees them on set but Namita is no longer shooting for the show and she is in Lucknow at the moment so he may have felt like giving a message on SM

For rajesh sir bdy they had a cake cutting celebration! During aanchal nd iqbal sir's bday he had a problem in his phone plus he was working with these 3 ppl during their bdays so he would have wished them directly while namita is not working with him so he would have thought to give a SM wish!
