You will see how he constantly talks of her, with Srishti and Shiv, as to how she was even trying to trust Romil over him in hitman task. He says how bhai duj waale din he didn't eat food offered by her because he came last to him after feeding everyone. He talks about how he has reacted only for deepika till date.
These show the depth of his feelings for her, the cause of his anger towards her, the reactions he gives when deepika gives more importance to someone else specially kv. In the above clip and many other times he has said how deepika always supports kv and not him always. I believe his anger towards kv has this reason too. And who bharkofies that way on a guest like he did on vikas??
Phew. I wrote a lot but there's a lot actually. A relationship that can be cultivated well.
