I don't think that is going to happen.

This kasauti is moving at a much slower pace. The couple are not rushing into love or consummation. It a slow growth of feelkngs.

My only hope is that they are heading towards Prerna's Sangeet. So we can hope for some songs and moments. If not between prerna and Anurag then at least between Anurag and Naveen! 😆

Its the sangeet cermony , that much we know .
Maybe she will ask him why had he come , to talk about Naveen babu and he will point towards the box ?
Probably she will directly ask about the box only , god knows .
However , I would love to see Prerna tell Anurag about London Wali party and bahut " pyaar " .
Maybe Prerna can be like "Anurag Tum yaha kyu Aaye the , Naveen babu ke baste Mein baat Karne ?
To mat his Karo , kyunki wo mere home wale paati hain , aaj mera sangeet hain . Or Woh Mujhe bahut pyaar karte hain ( this goes completely against her character , but well Anurag has been doing a lot of things differently perhaps after listening to mujhe kuch feel hua, Prerna would have lost it and to distance herself , she says this ) and will throw a party to his London wale friends .
And Anurag though will be seething and say, Reception toh tab Hoga agar shaadi Hogi . Or main pebble bhi Bol chuka hoon( intense eye lock ) Main tumhari shaadi Nahi hone doonga .( he might add how ghatiya Naveen babu is ) . Aur kitna chapar chapar Karti ho, main yahan wo ___ dene aaya tha , maa be mujhe Bheja tha .

However If Anurag is a bit higher on the feel-omelet
He perhaps , as per his current actions , might cut her in between when she says mujhse bahut pyaar "
