Can Kunal do math?

I still don't understand how Kunal didn't even question once if Mishti who is clearly older than Pari is his. Okay fine. Let him assume Mauli instantly decided to marry someone else have a kid the day he walked out on her. Now he is going to be invited to their engagement party. Hopefully he has enough sense to do math!

Maybe he is not interested in doing maths or fear of doing it.

Maybe now he will assume Mauli is even more progressive than him and had a child out of wedlock and raised her all this time without getting married to the father. Does this boy have any logic? I could've turned a blind eye to this if he wasn't sitting there tonight wondering about how Mauli became a mother. Talk about being stupid! Like not once is he questioning what if she lied to him about not being pregnant.
