There's a difference I feel between Kunal and Mauli's blindness.

Mauli was naively and willfully blind. She didn't trust Rajdeep and trusted Kunal and Nandini immensely so she couldn't see any wrong in them. Even when she saw them in certain situations, she brushed it away, giving her own excuses for it.

In Kunal's case though, he's just dumb blind. He doesn't have a brain, or if he does, he doesn't know how to use it. The biggest hint is that Mishti is older than Pari. You complete nincompoop are you so blind. Mishti is a year older than Pari. Use your freaking brain! The issue is Kunal sees things the way he wants to see them. He just sees Mauli with Ishaan and assumes they are married and then assumes that Mishti is their daughter and is all happy.

When he finds out the truth, I'm expecting him to accuse Mauli of hiding the truth rather than using his brain and realizing that he was the real dodo.
