Who said two leading movie stars can't be the best of friends?

(Late) Vinod Mehra's son Rohan is one of the lesser known star kids of Bollywood. The youngster has reportedly been preparing himself for an acting career for some time now, and buzz is that he will be shortly launched under Nikhil Advani's banner Emmay Entertainment.

Rohan, whose mother is Kiran Mehra, is dating former Disney star Tara Sutaria who is all set to make her Bollywood debut with the sequel to the 2012 hit Student Of The Year (Are Tiger, Disha And Tara KJo's Final Three Students For SOTY 2?, Dec 14).

Rohan and Tara first met at a private party in 2015. A few months later they started dating each other. The relationship, which is very serious, even has Kiran's blessings.

More on the lovebirds: Tara celebrated Diwali 2016 with Rohan's family and he then surprised Tara by booking an entire pub for her 21st birthday. The couple also rang in 2017 together in London.

While Rohan is not yet in the public eye, Tara's name has been getting a lot of attention thanks to the buzz around KJo's Student Of The Year sequel.

KJo introduced Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan in 2012 with Student Of The Year. Given that those three names have now achieved A-list status, it is obvious that the sequel to the high school romance will be a hot ticket for Tara to Bollywood.

Rohan's circle includes many Bollywood names including actress Alia Bhatt and singers Armaan & Amaal Mallik.
