I am looking for old Bollywood films (from the 1950s to 1980s) that have scenes in them about hospitals, surgery and anesthesia.

If someone knows any that would be appreciated.

Dil apna aur preet parayi has Raaj Kumar playing a doctor and Meena Kumari, a nurse.
Dil ek Mandir - Rajendra Kumar plays a doctor who has to save his ex-lover, Meena Kumari's husband Raaj Kumar's life.
Safar - has Sharmila Tagore playing a doctor.
Khamoshi - Waheeda Rehman plays a nurse.
Pagla Kahin Ka - Asha Parekh plays a psychiatrist in a mental hospital.
Tere Mere Sapne - Dev Anand plays a idealistic doctor.
Anuradha - Balraj Sahni plays a doctor preoccupied with his profession.
Kaash - Jackie and Dimple are desperately trying to save their son who's dying of a terminal disease.
Anand - Amitabh Bachan plays a doc who treats cancer patients.

Will add more as I can recall them.

But these are all the movies where Hospitals were used as a prop...I would love to watch a movie like Grey's Anatomy, ER etc...I don't think even Hollywood has such a full medical based movie..or is there?

TM was looking for movies with hospital scenes hence mentioned these.
Dr Kotnis ki amar kahani is about a doc who was sent to China during WWII to help the troops. Not entirely medical in the sense you're looking for.
Ek Doctor ki maut is about a doc who develops a vaccine for leprosy but more on how bureaucracy etc ignore and fail to give him credit for his work and how it adds to his disillusionment with the system.
About Hollywood, I think some Robin Cook books were adapted into novels - Coma was one I think.
And The Young Doctors, based on Arthur Hailey's The Final Diagnosis is all medical like ER and Gray's.

Thank you for mentioning those...I shall look into them ! I know the TM was looking for just the movies with Hospitial scenes but thanks to his/her topic I got reminded of this...I have always loved medical based dramas in English as well as Korean...I couldn't find any in Hindi/Urdu though!

A nice list, thanks. Especially 'Dil ek Mandir', which has a good surgery scene in it.
