Cops arrested milind and took him to the airport while Raman too went to hotel and checked out asap. Ishraruh went to the airport and checked into the same flight as of milind.
After four hours, they were in flight going back to India. Milind were sitting next to ishra with two cops who were assigned job to take milind to India. His wife tried to meet milind on the airport but the cops didn't let her, so she too arranged tickets to go to India but couldn't get the tickets in the flight and got booked on the next flight.
Ishita was sitting next to raman while ruhi was sleeping peacefully in his arms.
Ishita kept her head on his chest and he said patting her forehead softly -u r looking tired, rest for sometime.
Ishita -nahi raman, I am good. Infact very good, aap soch bhi nahi sakte main kitni relaxed hoon. After such long period of agony, I will be finally at peace. Mujhe meri khushiyan mil jayengi. Raman look at milind who was glaring them. He smirked at milind and said -yeh toh bas shuruwat hai ,hamari happy life ki. Very soon all problem will be solved and we will be happy ever after. Main husband, tum wife, Ruhi hamari bachchi. Nobody will dare to snatch away our happiness. Koi bhi hume takleef nahi pahuncha paayega. He said kissing Ishita's forehead making milind go red in anger. He tried to get up but the cops didn't let him move.
The rest of the journey was peaceful. Ishra were sitting together with their little rooh while milind was looking at them with anger. Little Ruhi was crying and Raman was happily taking care of her. He was rocking her roaming around the place.
Ishita was happily looking at ruman. Raman came after sometime and gave Ruhi to ishita to feed her. Raman sat in front of her blocking milind's view, whose gaze was continuously in ishita while ishita start feeding ruhi. Milind got irked seeing ishita giving more access on herself to someone else then him.
After a long flight, they finally landed in Delhi.
Ishraruh came out together while milind came with the cops, handcuffed like a criminal. All were looking at him with disgusting eyes making him feel more and more angry. The cops handed him to the airport authority and they called the cops to get him arrested. His passport was kept by the airport authorities, so that he can't even try to escape.
Raman stopped ishru to his house and went to the PS where milind was kept. Neil was with him taking the divorce papers along.
Milind -i will not sign it.
Raman -sign kar loge, toh saste mein chut jaoge, or else u have to pay a huge price.
Milind smirked and said -that I will see, tum dono ko Ek toh nahi hone dunga.
Raman -u can't stop us even. Ishita meri thi, meri hai aur hamesha meri hi rahegi. He said and was going when milind said -oh really, I think u have forgotton that I made her mine. I have crushed her under me and it's result is in her arms. Jisse tum apni beti kehte ho. He said smirking only to get a punch from Raman. He fell on the floor and screamed for help.
Policemen came to rescue him when raman gave them some money.
Raman -keys.
The policemen look around and gave him the keys. He got inside and beaten milind blue and black pouring all his anger on milind.
Seeing him stopping nowhere, constable said -please leave him now. We will be answerable for his condition.
Raman left him and said -aaj inn logon ne tumhe bacha liya, or else I would have killed u. He said angrily and went out of the PS.
Neil filed the case against milind and requested to put the case on fast track.
They got the date after two days, Neil made a strong case against milind .milind called his brothers for help but none come to help him. His wife did a lawyer for him. finally ishraruh and milind came face to face in court.
Soon the court proceedings started, Neil gave all the evidence against milind proving him guilty and his lawyer couldn't do anything. Judge asked ishita her decision about her marriage and she told that she want divorce from milind as he is already married and for him the marriage didn't even exist.
Judge gave a fifteen minute short break and after that, he gave judgement about approving their divorce petition. Milind and ishita signed the papers .milind got five years imprisonment for illegally marrying ishita and also asked to give 50 percent of his property to ishita for her living.
Milind tried to defend himself but judge didn't took any of his excuse to consideration.judge called up for another case after approving divorce to them along with penalty and punishment.
Ishra sighed in relief with the judgement and hugged each other tight. Milind glare them but wasn't able to do anything. Cops arrested milind and was taking to jail when ishita came and said -thank u for everything,this is my return gift to u. she said and slapped milind tight.
Milind hold his cheek and was about to say something when cops took him away while ishra went back home all happy.
After such long struggle ,they finally got what they wanted. They reached home and in hand happily only to see the house was already open. Ishra look at each other with confused eyes when Toshiji came out and said -surprise.
Ishra got happy seeing Toshiji. Raman hugged his mother tight while his bhai and bhabhi too came smiling. Raman saw them and hugged them too happily while ishita was just smiling seeing his family after long.
