wats d story behind ppl dressing up for Halloween ? if they are dressed up as pc-jones for Halloween ,wat does it mean ?

On Halloween people dress up as famous celebrities, characters, things and wear costumes. Some couples dressed up as Priyanka and Nick, some individuals dressed up as Priyanka or Alex Parrish and some groups of friends dressed up as the Quantico cast. People have been dressing as Alex Parrish for a couple years now.

i used to check quantico message boards in imdb when it was active. pc got terrible reviews. they werent even aware of her popularity etc. they used to say the actress playing alex is really boring and ott.
