I think Sam will be in the lead. In that bts scene in red rose naina was saying that you will be hero so heroine mujhe banna padega aur zyada mehanat Karni padegi something like that. So naina might not get the chance at first go and there will be drama on that

Samer won't be get the chance this time, Naina and some other gets paired but there will be twist also

Possible Neither both of them take part in drama
