U r right ya.. CVS in converting history to fiction converted 15century to 21century🤣just joking ya.. don't take it seriously. But CVS should take immediate action on n this as they will lose trps.

The story is based on 15th century where some of the book claim Mughals had a market where every girl in the town had to be present where they openly sold/bought girls . So a prince torturing a maid or his lover doesn't seem out of place for me ...prince/men of that age would have even killed their love out of ego

There was meena bazaar held 5-8 days before new year

Only royal queens, princess, minister and nobels wife and daughters and women of harem like cocubbines and maids could set a shop in meena bazaar

Only emperor and his sons and vey few trusted ministers or nobels(like emperors milk brothers or navratnas) could go there no one else

Because majority women belong to emperors family only

Yes prince could have tortured maid/cocubbine but not like how salims doing. They could just order cutting of head or trampling under elephant foot but not standing in yamuna river full night etc. What i meant is if you love someone why will you make them stand in yamuna or wash your feet maid in hamam etc that a lover does not do only stalker/harasser does.

You must be talking of slave markets where slave women(and men) were sold and brought. Slave concept existed than although it had been banned it but it would still take place. Anarkali is also said to be a slave only brought from such a market only and trained to be a dancer.

No I am not referring to slave bazar .If you read some of the britishers work they call Meena bazar as place for selling /buying women

No one knows how a prince would have tortured his lover ..all we can do is imagine ..Salim intention is to hurt Anarkali not torture her to death so he is finding ways to cause problems for her .
