I don't think it's related in any way with first promo.

At 1st promo that revenge was against those boys.

And though she is saying she will take revenge against Mahir Sehgal but ultimately Vikrant's truth gonna come out which will very much shock for her and she will have to go through heart break cause of betrayal which she got from her own two close people Vikrant and Vish.

But the eyes in promo are red or brown but bela as naagin has white or yellow kind eyes.. but yes by she is sj. Whts going to b next in the serial dont know.

I still hope if ever the revenge really exist it will be in control because if is too much Mahir gets to know Vikrant is 100 yrs old love and She's a snake came to seek revenge and killed two person in the family though after Vikrant saying goodbye it will be difficult to make everything normal at once between Bela and Mahir.
