I think she died bcos in promo we saw she falling downward in to valleyv alnd Bela is there
Bela would have def gone down and went to naagrani maa if she could heal wounds she could have healed

If she did not die then Bela would not have talked like that .regarding mahir killing her mom
Another possibility naagrani maa said about Vikrant to Bela and she survived
Then Bela would have directly fighted with Vikrant ..no need of drama to expose him bcos Bela believes her mom and naag guru but they r not showing direct fight .that means. She died without telling Vikrant truth
Another possibility is she fell off in to valley after bullet hit her and when Bela searched she could not be seen .and bela asdumedanaa died . I prefer this .in this case Bela mom will be alive
