Although now if you watch it, it is a little OTT also the filming technique and equipment weren't as sophisticated as today but GUPT was one of the best thrillers back then.

No one expected Kajol to turn out to be the villain in the end. It was a real shocker. Back then hardly any mainstream heroine did negative roles so for me it would be Rajiv Rai.

It is sad that abbas mustan are no longer relevant as they are much superior to the above mentioned names in my opinion.

They didnt do any favour on themselves by making horrible movies in recent times but films like ajnabee,humraaz, baazigar, aitraaz etc. still stand the test of time.
