So, Mauli has been pregnant for 3 months. Protection failed and I get that but Mauli had literally no symptom of it, she had no periods for 3 months and not a single sign of morning sickness.
Mauli is so careless about her own health in this modern time that too herself being a gynec where missing a period rings the bell even for unmarried women, and here Mauli is married women who had considerably active sexual life. I would have understood if she was not so knowledgable women or was pregnant for just 1 month or few weeks. But 12 weeks is a lot of time.

I am sure contraception doesn't stop monthly cycle, so even if Mauli was sure she wouldn't get pregnant, how the hell did she miss that she was not bleeding for 3 months. She gained literally no weight or even slight changes in body.

Can anyone care to explain if I am wrong somewhere in my knowledge about this.

I have heard of IUDs that are able to stop periods in women. I'm assuming Mauli wasn't getting periods because she used IUDs as contraception. So not getting periods was normal for her.
What I am more worried about is how much alcohol Mauli drank while pregnant.

How did the doctor who removed the IUD, did not realize she is pregannt. If you are pregnant, taking the IUD out, is a very delicate procedure and they do check blood before operating right?
Didn't Mauli check her own reports before and after the procedure or the doctor who operated on her?

This is the most ridiculous thing that they can come with, n she has been under so much of stress in the past one and half month itself. That in itself should have had an effect on her body and her pregnancy. Stress is a strict No-No in pregnancy. She did not faint at any of those times but now suddenly she is fainting...like kuch bhi...Plus the alcohol...

In normal circumstances, it's only a two minute procedure to remove IUD. It does not involve any blood work done on the person. You just go in and the doctor removes it.
In this case, IF Mauli was pregnant and she was at the doctors to have her IUD removed, the doctor should have known by looking at her that she is expecting. If she was expecting then.

Expecting logic?😆
In hindi serial people become preagnant, die, become alive again, become evil, become good again as per the director's wishes. There is no science or logic involved.

Well I have heard people not knowing about their preagnancy for quite a time.3 months is not a v.long time.People just tend to not notice it.Some women are just careless to not bother about their missed periods.

But yeah here mauli is a gyanae and had her IUD removed. How did she and her doctor not found out about the preagnancy is beyond my understanding.

If she is 3 months pregnant, then of course she was expecting then, as she removed her contraception a month back, just before Janmastami. But as you said, if this doctor can check and tell her that she is pregnant without any test, that doctor should also be able to do it.
