She is right in asking Khula cause it's now up to kabeer to fight his battle and either win the love of life back or fall prey to his majboori and be a dimwit husband to that chudail.
They still need to show a proper confrontation between Zara and kabeer the poor gal is in t oital bad state and they need to makers nut no the makers are busy trashing and forcing crap out which we audiences don't wanna see.

He refused to give Talaq... Because as the wedding is invalid then Why Talaq... Even after this Ruksar is saying that Kabeer is going to give Talaq and asking Zara... He refused to give Talaq... in front of Shariya Board...
Notice here Clearly ... Kabeer is refusing to give Talaq... Why should Zara say that she will not allow this Talaq to happen...Its Layered... She is preventing Kabeer from giving Talaq... because she is saving him from difficult situation.
She asking for Khula ok its her HAQ...She have all rights to do that...
But you really think that Zara would give up that easily... NO... its again a test to Kabeer...Also to Push him... She is doing her Farz...
In my opinion... This would give hope for Ruksar...She would demand Wife Rights as Zara is giving Khula... As zara is throwing him away and disrespect for a Man to be rejected by his wife. Person like Kabeer who have big Ego... This is a Big deal... His ego again can be triggered by Ruksar...
Like Kabeer Tested Zara and Her Love... Like If She really Loves him and want him she should Change her Nazariyan...
Like that Zara testing all his Ego Points to see if he really Love her and Let off his Ego for her.
Zara refused to give Rights to Kabeer... and Now refusing Him... Good opportunity for Ruksar...
She would try her nest with kabeer as usual but She would be Rejected... And Kabeer can Never give her what she wants... and she was the reason for all this mess...
This is gonna trigger Ruksar to go Public in demanding her rights and asking Kabeer to do his Farz...because she was successful in stopping the Divorce and making Zara to ask for Khula...
