I think its didas plan but mauli is a gynec how she doesn't know she is preggy and one more thing when she is doing the removal of contraceptives operation the affair already started and kunal has accepted his love for nandini and there is no chance after that mauli becomes pregnant.
Even if you ar not a gynecologist if u r a married woman who is educated now a days we can easily know r we pregnant or not mauli doesn't know is like making her dumb.
Story has gone from what they started by hurrying they should have built a proper execution for all by hurrying the creative team have done the mistake which is beyond repair.
