She is still the same woman. Strong and determined. Taking care of a sick person in it's own will not change that.

Also, a woman first thinks of herself and then others. But a mother? A mother puts her child over and above anything else. It will be entirely her choice if she wants both parents for her child, because she just learned she is pregnant, truth or not.

Things become much more complicated when there is a kid involved, for it takes the first priority. If she indeed takes Kunal back, it wouldn't be her weakness. Merely her marriage, her child, and her choice. Not anyone else's.
