Misleading promo-new segments

This segments shows completely different story then promo, this makes more sense to me. At least here Zara and kabir will be on one side

I don't understand what is going to happen now... since he can't divorce her what is kabir going to do?

But then how could he divorce Zara? What was the reason behind it?? He told Zara he will say it when the time comes but he never did.

Anyways I'm guessing after he realizes he can't divorce her, Zara is gonna set out to find the truth about her iddah period.. and find something fishy in it (if there is)

He went to discuss with qazi and qazi said he can't dip her without a reason, so far it's only around a week they got married and she has not given a real reason to divorce her, he wants to divorce her as he loves Zara, Zara is in pain due to this marriage. But Rukhsar is okay with Zara.
But as stupid as she is, she went ahead and complained in shariya board that kabir is trying to divorce her without any reason and probably for his first wife. So now kabir has to go to shariya board and prove himself innocent else he can't divorce her ( in future as well,I think that's what she is trying to do)
Looks like Zara is going to fight for kabir, but this is the best time for them to prove that her iddah has not been completed and thus this nikah can't be valid. This way she will be trapped in her own plan.
If they don't do anything to prove this nikah illegal right now, then I think we will lost our chance to get rid of this chudail

If she is going to shariah board to fight him for devorceing her for no reason why does he seem so happy about it? Also who is Aisha fighting him for ? I'm thinking she wants him to get rid of ruksaar but after the drama ruksaar did with her Aisha backed off . What's going on now?

True he never claimed a reason for devorceing Zara and she never had a choice it was forced on her why are they looking for a reason now?

Looks like kabir is swearing something on Quran which Zara is holding, she is doing drama to feed Ayesha but qazi entered at the wrong time, I don't think he had divorced her yet as kabir went to meet Kazi first to ask him for the solution and he was thinking about talaq which qazi refused as he can't do it without any reason

This is crazy ! If it's in Qazi's hands why did Qazi allow kabeer to divorce Zara not once but twice?

Doesn't Kabeer have a say in this? So now he has to prove the real reason behind their marriage. In order to save her life he married her. Lol this doesn't make any sense. They are literally forcing Rukhsar on the audience giving her the maximum screen space. I believe a guy can divorce his wife if he isn't willing to stay with her. Also when they haven't consummated the marriage,you can't force someone to stay with a partner with whom you are not comfortable and wanna break through of that relationship. With Zara it was different. They had a complete marriage. Kabeer has all the reasons to divorce Rukhsar. He can talk about how Rukhsar killed hamdaan as a self defence and that he had to marry her in order to open the case.If this isn't enough for them,he can also bring out Rukhsars past behaviour about how she tried to kill Zara once and also attempted to rape him. This proves she is mentally sick and always rooted for Kabeer. So she is just doing this out ofspite. For me the case is clear. Kabeer can easily divorce her. Although I feel this is where they are going to bring up the iddah part(if this is even on the makers mind) ,also I lowkey feel she'll be proven guilty for killing hamdaan so that she can gett Kabeer and then will be executed.

With Zara, they never mentioned any reason for divorce but they had differences in their thinking, masjid case and her giving statement against kabir
With Rukhsar there is really no reason as the playing ideal Bahu and wife right now, we know how creepy and abuser she is, but that's not enough reason to divorce her
