I am wondering this angle

I only started watching like a week or so by now. But i am wondering whether there is a possibility and Mauli is pregnant to throw some serious complications? Next, by the time the month ends is it possible that Kunal develops feeling back towards Mauli? I have no idea how the characterization went so far hence these questions. Anyone?

Mauli has contraceptive removed AFTER the affair..
