when did he say that and I thought, they both were good friends..she was his fan etc??

I don't know. She was being super loud. She said if celebs are here to maintain their image then why would they bring her in?

He even called Deepak beech ka'. The way he said that looks like Sree is homophobic as well and feels pleasure using these words to demean someone.

I think what I heard was he was talking about the uniform and " mujhe achha dikhna hai" " good looking" thanedaar. Something along the line and Surbhi must have thought since the whole world revolves around me so Sree must be taunting her. That's what I heard of.
