Actually, if we come to think of it though Vikrant has never killed an innocent. He never kill anybody as far as we know. Yes, he was the mastermind behind his fake death. He also did what he did so that Bella will take revenge on his name and kill those boys who had molested Bella and thought to be Vikrant's killer. However, Vikrant never killed anybody innocent or not. The only one whom he attempted to kill was failed attemp of killing Naagrani Maa.

Vikrant killed Bela's mom, its another thing that she got saved by Baba in time.
