Nandini and Kunals relationship is a perfect example of Attraction.

Both Kunal and Nandini are not in love with each other.

Kunal is merely attracted to a girl who is so pretty but yet so simple. He has just gone flat on her beauty and simplicity. He loves the idea that a lady can be so dependent on him as he is surrounded with strong and independent women be it his grandma, mother or wife.

Nandini keeps calling him and narrates her pathetic state , hence asking his support constantly, That's why his mind is constantly clouded with Nandini and so he is unable to see his happy married life..

Moreover he has got clear chit from Mauli, so he is in no mood too back out and is all happy . But once they become a couple, Nandini's constant rant of self pity is going to make him super angry.

Same way I don't see love in Nandini'' eyes for Kunal. She is in love with the affection which she is getting which she has been deprived of always. All her dialogues points out to that.

She is like that child who cannot let go off that toy which they love right now.

She might fall in love later but currently it's pure greed for the care which she gets from Kunal.
