Oh Meher. I am hyperventilating after reading this post. It is 100% sure that Sameer's brain was completely clouded with full on asanskari thoughts at that time. Naina recognized it very well. That's why she was blushing like anything in that scene. If this scene was happening in a place where only these two are there then surely the way how Sam behave will be completely different.
Looks like it is time to remind him of Chachaji's promises. Otherwise this guy's hormones may blast anytime.

The goonj of the first thapad is still ringing im his head...isliyeee he knows wenever he kissed her hand or demanded cheek kiss...he has been served thapads ...So its pretty clear Naina understood n he kept on dropping hintss!!
