I think you are attributing too much intelligence to Sree.

Till now it seems like he is a spoilt brat and needed message from his wife to cool down.

Vikas had to face torture at the hands of an irrational & whimsical

person. Colors and Endemol supported that. Now too the same is happening, but whimsical is Sree himself.
