New vilians don't have anything personal with Azaadganj and they didn't had anything personal with Chakor till she started messing with them.
They are doing child trafficking and choosing random children in front of school. Azaadganj was maybe easy target for them, it's small village which was only recently freed from bandhuagiri. Till now only children's from big families went to school example Gumaans son so they couldn't mess with them. Now all childrens are going to school which makes village as an easier target.
About Anjor, they are looking at children for who knows how long time. It's not hard to be in front of school and hear parents calling their children by their names or even children calling each other. It's not hard to find out persons name if you keep spying on them.
About phone number.. it can be blooper or it can be that it was not hard for them to find out phone number coz big faces are heads of organisation. Phone number in today's times is least personal information I think.
Chakor is ruining their plans and it's only connection they have with her currently.
If Udaan fans continue asking and thinking about Imli it won't be hard for them to make connection, but as for now they are presenting it in a way that negatives don't have any connection with precious vilians and previous story. Only connection with old Udaan is Sukor and their fight against evil.
