Given how manipulative Dida has been in trying to save Kunal-Mauli's marriage, she can go to any extent.
My prediction is Dida will emotionally blackmail Nandini to go away from Kunal's life. Nandini is already having doubts and insecurity after seeing Kunal-Mauli together. Final nail in the coffin would be Dida asking Nandini to go away as a favor for her and the rest of the family. Nandini might oblige.
Given all the koo-chi-koo and the kheer romance going on between Nandini and Kunal, Nandini will find herself pregnant. She will go on to give birth to a baby and raise her/him alone. Kunal-Mauli will still have a tumultous relationship. Mauli will yearn for a baby to satisfy her maternal urge, but find herself unable to conceive. The couple realizes one fine day that Nandini and her baby are well.
Will Mauli ask Nandini to give away her baby? Will this opportunity be seized by Nandini to claim Kunal back? Has Mauli forgiven Kunal or is she ready to give up Kunal if it means she will have a baby?
