Scene continues with Lalitha caming in and saying she went to market. Ganapathy is shocked with her answer. He then ask her why she did not lock the door. Lali say she wanted to go near by shop but now vegies there so she went to the market. Shanta says this is very unusal as Lali is a very carefull person. Ganapathy tells Lalitha not to be like that. Lalitha is confused the way her FIL is talking. Both Shanta and father leaves. Ganapathy looks on at Lalitha before leaving.

Magila giving food for selva when Adhi walks in. Selva ask Adhi what she is going to do about the Union strike at the office. Adhi ask why he is bothered about it when he never cared about their company besides Magila. Selva tells his mom his back to the house for her and told her he has changed. Selva tells Adhi they must settle the union matter, then only their share value will raise (smart guy. Planning to get the full amount by raising the share value.).

Adhi starts thinking and says she is also worried about this matter. But she is angry with the workers because they did not trust her and listens to Jeeva. All this is Jeeva's fault. Selva ask his mother to understand something. Because of this strike, the company is losing terribly. Its they whom should know how to handle situation. Its much better to agree with Union needs as if much cheaper than the lost their are going through. Adhi seem convienced. She ask Selva to arrange meeting with the Union leader and they can try to settle this matter. Adhi leaves. Magila is impressed and ask selva how came Adhi is trusting him now. Selva tells Magila because Adhi has started to trust him now. Magila then tells him Adhi is asking her to get him transfer the share. Why don't he transfer to her? Selva tells Magila he can't do that as he got some big plans with that share. Selva leaves and Magila seem to be confused.

Shanta is sleeping and Ganapathy is sitting outside. He then ask Lalitha to bring water for him. He ask Lali if Shanta has slept, and she says yes. Ganapathy ask Lalitha to sit as he needs to talk to her. He ask Lali did she really go to market this morning. Lalitha tells him she did go to market and why is he asking this. Ganapathy ask her not to lie he saw her going with Anand. Lalitha is shocked.

Ganapathy tells Lalitha he does not suspect her as he knows about his DIL. But what would happen if Shanta had seen this? Lalitha does not know how to answer. Ganapathy tells Lali he knows why she is following Anand. Because she is angry Shanta don't want to give her job and she is asking Anand to get the job. Lalitha looks relieved. She agrees with that. Ganapathy tells Lalitha she is weak now. After delivery she can work with them. Lalitha thanks Ganapathy and says she won't try for another job. Ganapathy is happy and ask Lalitha to go in.

Jeeva cames to Ganapathy granites. (She looks good with her suit). Jeeva walks in and ask the office boy who chose the curtain colour. Its dull and ask him to change it soon. Adhi cames there suprised to see her. Adhi ask her what is she doing here. Jeeva tells Adhi she has right to came to this office anytime.

Adhi ask her to stop talking rubbish and to leave this office, go back to her office and close it down fast. Jeeva starts laughing. She ask Adhi not to worry about her company but to worry about Ganapaty granites as the Union matter must be solved soon. Adhi ask her to keep quite and mind her own business. Jeeva says this is her business too. Adhi ask her what she is talking about. Jeeva then breaks the news. Selva has sold her 40% of the share and now she is one of the partners. She has every right to came to this office and deal with office matters. Jeeva shows the file to Adhi. Adhi is in terrible shock. Thodarum

The office scene with Jeeva and Aadhi continues. Jeeva threatens Aadhi to listen to the workers and open the factory as soon as possible. But Aadhi as usual murandu pudichifies....But Jeeva continues," what did you say??? You wanted me to close the TT granites...ha? ...may be I will throw this Ganapathy Granites board and put TT granites here too....ok...??? so you better do what you have to do" She leaves and Addhi stands there peechless.

Aadhi come back home fuming ...and Magi comes and serves hot coffeee to her. Aadhi pushes Magi's hand and the coffee cup flies away from her..Aadhi screams," yei.....you better get out of here as soon as possible....I asked you to get Selva's signature in the share papers and give it to me...but what have you done instead???? you made Selva sell those shares to my enemy Jeeva"

Magi is shocked to hear this and tells that she does not know anything about it. Aadhi calls Magi Drohee and asks her to leave. Magi replies," this is my husband's house....so why should I leave this house?" Hearing this Aadhi gets mad and was about to slap her....but she stops hearing Selva's "ammmmmmmaaa...nirithu" He comes there and tells his mom that she has no rightss to hit his wife.

Aadhi screams at him about selling the shares. Selva tells," ok...what is wrong in that...as a share holder I have all the rights to sell my shares" Aadhi asks," Oh...I see...that is why you sold them to my enemy Jeeva....ha?" Hearing this Selva is totally shoched and tells that he only sold the shares to "settu" and he got only some advance money. He promises to go and get the shares back from him.Before he leaves he requests Aadhi not to fight with his wife.

Selva come to the Marvaadi's office and asks him about the shanres. He tells Selva...after bying the shares they belong to him so he can sell it to anyone he likes. Selva gives back the advance he got from him and requests him to give back his share papers to him.But settu refuses and he tells that he has all the rights to sell the shares and Selva does not have any rights to tell him who to sell the shares. He pays the balance money and asks him to leave. Selva takes the money and tells," Settu....you have shown your real colours and I will meet you soon in court. Let me open the factory first.....then I will see to this matter"

In Ganapathy Granites Aadhi and Selva sit with the Factory union leaders. Selva announces," You are all our company's asset...Your problem is our prolem too. Actually AMMA sorry MD has agreed to all your demands" Aadhi intereferes," Please try to understand...there is someone trying to act against our company so that we will close it down. That TT granite is giving us all these troubles That Jeeva has bought 40% shares of our company....in fact you ave listened to her people and started this strike. Anyway I will give everything you have asked tomorrow itself....All I need from you is your support to defeat that TT granites owners"

Selva takes them to sign the papers to get their arears.The union leader thanks her and Selva and leaves happily with his team.

It is after midnight. Adhi gets a telephone call from her factory watch man Murugan. He tells that there was a bomb blast in the factory. Aadhi calls for Selva," Selva....Selva...dei...pochuda....ellam pochuda.....namma factory le...bomb blast da...." Selva and Magi comes and hold her and Aadhi holds her chest and colapses.
