As i had not seen the intial episodes, is it because of the fact that, bela has became shapeshifting naagin, who can turn in to human, after prayers only now and earlier as a snake had only limited cognitive capacities??

Or is it as she was truly blind to this aspect due to her love for vikranth. I find this option very difficult to believe, as bela is otherwise, very rational and intelligent. 100 years is a very long period, to understand anybodies true nature.

My doubt is due to this logical aspect only and is not to show bela in any negative light.
