It could be like the last precap where it was shown bella was dreaming. Now that she realized she is in love with mahir it becomes her weakness too. She will always be second guessing of what Mahir thinks and will notice every single thing Mahir thinks about her. Most importantly she will be afraid that Mahir would leave her. Having already lost one love before she would not want to lose another.

Bela clearly moved on and cleared vikrant's MU. Still, she was no where to be seen near Mahir room.

Vik cleared his intentions too, I don't think he let her go the way we were shown. I feel there is a scene missing and someone blackmailing Bela. Vikrant knows, Mahir is her weakness, he will use it.
