I still think we are all missing the most important point. How in the world would marrying the murderer help her out? What will they gain by getting married? The judge won't say oh your married to this man you can take her home

yes whatever is done is done.we want this nikkah thing to become null and void as soon as possible.I hope it goes as you have said.because we can't handle this for longer time and kabeer zara's divorce is also there only less then a month is left for the waiting period or else their divorce will be confirmed.i want zara to fight back and prove this marriage unlawful.

That inspector says you are namaheram to her so you can not file application for her, so get married to her and then you will be maheram to her so you can start process of reinvestigation.
But why do they care for Rukhsar s marriage, it has to do with something with Humdan's marriage. If he will marry her then he will be trapped.
But have seen a picture on Twitter this morning, they had the script copy where Rukhsar will accept marriage and says qubool hai 3 times and when he asks kabir , he is lost in his memory of his marriage with Zara, and Kazi is again asking him.
So here is the twist... he either gonna accept it or someone will come and stop it, but we Weill see kabir and Rukhsar with the qazi in wedding mandap

I am a non-muslim, forgive me if i am going anywhere wrong because i have very little knowledge.

Maybe i am big fan of the lead pair chenistry and the show or i just wabt to think positive.
Marriage in any religion is considered to be pious, a very pure relationship between a husband and wife.
I dont think makers are going to play with this, considering the fact that they always back everythingwith logic.
Kabeer is already regretting that he uttered talaq word to zara. Its because be it islam or any religion
Divorce is diskiled by all.
Now where talaq word is disliked, then the words qubool hai' is something pure, accepting someone in your life forever. Makers will not play with this. Kabeer loves zara now, even in so much pressure of saving ruksar he will not say qubool hai. If he says qubool hai , This will be like making fun of marriage.
Further he will only realise that when he said qubool h while getting married to zara, it was not due to pressure of family prestige, its only because he wanted to.
Remember they were attracted to each other since they first met before talaq devate befan.
All this time he always loved her, only he never realised that it was love not his farz.
Above all, so far they have never let evil win. I think ruksar will be trapped in her own plan but how that is still a suspense.
