@jumz86 planted this concept in my head and I decided to pen an OS on this.
She has suggested the title of this OS too!

He had not come back to ruin to her wedding. He had not come back to be the reason of her pain. He had not come to back to give people another reason to point fingers at her. He had not come back to see tears in her eyes.
He had come back to live up to the promise he made to her. A promise to be by her side. Her decision to get married to Arshad was made. Aditya Hooda was here to stand by her side. No matter how much it killed him !
But things had gone. Once again ! Arshad had called off the wedding. Zoya has stared at Aditya with a blank expression. His eyes pleaded her to trust him. Atleast this once. She in a daze left the hall oblivious to everything that was happening around her.
Aditya ran behind her. He couldn't see her broken again. He would not let her break. He would plead to Arshad if he had to , but he would fulfil her heart's desire. He found her fallen on the ground staring at the Heena on her hands.
" Zoya ? " He called her out. She turned around to stare at him.
She stared at him and then stared at her henna.
He kneeled on the road with her. His heartbreaking at the sight in front of him.
" Zoya ? " he again spoke her name. Her name came out almost in a plea.
" Aditya , yeh Heena hai na. Yeh mit kyon nahn rahi hai? She asked him as a took a stone and rubbed it against her palm.
" Zoya , Kya kar rahi ho? Tumhe chot lag rahi hai Aditya said as he took the stone from her hand and threw it away.
" Zoya , meri baat suno. Please mujh par bharosa rakho. Main sab Theek kar dunga " he said as he took her hand in his hands.
" Kya Theek kareinge aap? She screamed as she snatched her hand from his hands.
Her scream and sob broke him a little more. He didn't know he could be broken more.
" Zoya , I'm so sorry. Main nahn janata tha ki yeh sab ho jayega " he said as tears rolled down his eyes.
" Aapko kaise pata hoga Aditya ? Humne kisi ko bataya hi nahn tha " she said as she stood up hurriedly.
" Hum apne aap se bahut nafrat karte hain. Itni nafrat ki hum chahte hain ki humara naamo Nishan mit jaaye she told him as if under a spell
" Zoya. Hosh mein reh kar baat karo " Aditya said he got up and held her by her arm. He wanted to bring her back to the reality.
" Hosh ! Hum jitni nafrat apne aap se karte hain utni nafrat hum aap se bhi karte hain she said as she pushed him away
Aditya hated himself. Hated himself a little more. The pain he had brought her wasn't her fault.
" Humne aap se kaha tha aap dur chale jaaye. Aap nahn Gaye. " he screamed at him , hitting him with more force.
He let her hit him. A small price to pay for what he had gotten her into. She should have been in Arshad's house right now , enjoying her post marriage rituals. But here she stood , all broken and shattered. Only because he wanted to see her one last time. One last time he wanted to freeze the moment. One last time he wanted to see her dressed as a bride. A resplendent bride.
" Maine kaha na Zoya , main sab Theek kar dunga he told her again. He would move heaven and earth but he would get Arshad back in her life.
" Theek kar deinge ! Sab Theek kar deinge. Toh apna Chehra humari yaadon se hata dijiye. Hume bataiye hum kaise aapke ehsaas ko mita sakein " she asked him.
" Hum har pal aankhen band kar ke aapka chehra nahn dekhna chahte. Hum nahn chahte ki humari zubaan par aapka naam aaye she thundered as she held him by the collar.
" Aisa kyon kar rahein hai aap humare saath ? Aakhen band karte hi hum mein aapki muskurahat nazar aati hai. Har jagah humein lagta hai aap humein pukaar rahein hain. Humari aankhen har lamha sirf aapko dhoondti hain she asked him.
Aditya stared at her. Was he reading her correctly ?
" Zoya " he whispered scared to believe what he had heard
" Haan bilkul aise hi. Har aahat mein humein lagta hai aap humein aise hi bula rahein hain , she said as tears rolled down her eyes. She didn't let go of his collar.
" Hum is duniya ki sabse Kharab beti hain. Humein iss lamha apne abbu ke saath hona chahye. Magar humara dil sirf aapke saath rehna chahta hai. Hum Kya karein Aditya? " she asked as she stared at him
" Humara nikah tut gaya, Magar humein kyon aapke paas sukoon mil raha hai. " she pleaded him for an answer
Aditya stared at the beautiful woman before him. Zoya Siddiqui. His Zoya Siddiqui.
" Aditya! Hum kyon Khush hain ki humara nikaah nahn hua she asked voicing her fear. The fear that had plagued her mind and heart.
Then it hit her. It hit her like a crashing wave.
She took a step back and another step back and halted in her tracks.
" Isliye kyonki hum aapse Mohabbat karte hain she whispered staring at the Road. Her lips quivered. She had locked her heart away. She was not supposed to feel these emotions. Aditya Hooda couldn't break this wall.
" Nahn. Aisa nahn ho sakta her breathing became heavy. She needed to hold onto something for support.
Aditya saw her sway and was with her in a flash.
" Zoya. Meri baat suno he spoke to her
" Hum Mohabbat nahn kar sakte. Aapse him Mohabbat nahn kar sakte she said as if in a trance
" Zoya , Maine kaha tha na pyar mein Zor hai " Aditya reasoned with her
" Aditya hum aapko nahn kho sakte. Hum aapse pyaar kareinge hi nahn. " she said as she shook her head vigorously.
" Zoya , Tum chah kar bhi mujhe nahn kho sakti. Main tumhare har ehsaas mein Hun. Main tumhari ruh mein hun " Aditya said as he made her face him
Zoya stared at him. He let it sink in. Zoya braced herself for the inevitable. She was in love with Aditya Hooda.
" Waada kijiye ! Aap humein chod kar kabhi nahn jayeinge she asked him as she put out her shaking hand.
He smiled at her.
" Zoya , tumhein chod kar kahan jaunga? Tum hi meri manzil ho aur Tum hi mera Safar " he said as took her hand in his
Zoya looked at him. Aditya Hooda. The man who had braved the world ! The man who had come out unscathed ! The man who fought the world for her. Her Aditya !
She closed the distance between them and took him in a hug lest he leave her. She breathed in Aditya Hooda and a sense of calm washed over her.
She was home ! He was her home.
" Aditya hum aapse Bepanah Mohabbat karte hain she whispered to him.
Aditya smiles into her shoulder. He hugged her tighter. Together they would conquer all ! All that mattered was that they were together.
