does Mauli still love Kunal?

Love just can't go away whenever we decide. If it would have been that easy why would couples who break up cry. Yes she still loves him. But this has nothing to do with the fact if she wants him or not. Many times trust and loyalty matters more that love. And mauli doesn't trust or believe him now. And if she leaves him, then gradually the love will go away too.

I have been wondering if Mauli still loves Kunal. I know right now the character is confused. I would think numb, really unable to process the level of betrayal she is experiencing. Perhaps, as a coping mechanism, she is holding onto the old memories. But I feel Mauli's love for Kunal must have died the moment (or at least when) she fully realizes what has happened. I don't believe a woman can ever fully love a man, or especially in the same way, as before once he has hurt her this viciously.

I think Mauli has to go through the stages of grieving. I don't know all of them but I believe anger, bargaining and acceptance are three stages. Perhaps, as she moves through the stages, she will have different emotions. But acceptance will only come after she has truly mourned her marriage and most importantly, her hopes/dreams for her marriage. Once she can do this, she will be stronger and hopefully move onto acceptance.

I feel it will be easier for her to move to this stage once she begins to find out exactly how much they have done: going behind her back, sex, etc.

NO matter what, she must accept that this marriage is over and good riddance! She's been given a gift: freedom to find real love.

Since I love my hubby I think the answer is sadly Yes. For a person like Mauli Love, loyalty is like breathing for her. Even wen Nandini chose to believe Rajdeep in Lucknow she still loved her friend & wanted only good & happiness for her. She is that kind of person unlike scums like Kunal & Nandini for whom love, loyalty, honesty is not worth even the paper on which it is written. For such a person it is v difficult to hate Kunal. And no matter how much we despise Kunal he did care for her in the past. He made her happy, laugh, enjoy life. So its not like Nandini who never got any love or affection frm her hubby. So its indeed difficult for Mauli to hate Kunal. In fact in the future if she sees Nandini lying on the road hurt I am sure she will save Nandini's life. She is too good a human & too conscientious doctor to ignore a person's pain.

One cannot undo a love for a person whom the person is loving from 7+ years. Mauli loved Kunal from 7+ years. It takes time to completely get over the relationship.
