Why didn't Naira come?

I just watched Shivangi's iv where she stated that nobody knows how Naira is feeling and what she's going through or thinking of. However, Naira tells everyone that she's sorry if she's hurt anyone and they won't have to be hurt because of her again. Then, we see Kartik arriving at Singhania Sadan and questioning Naira the infamous question; "Why didn't you come? I was waiting for you" and etc! They do have a heated argument which Naksh tries to stop by pulling Kartik away. In fact, I wouldn't call it an argument as Naira barely spoke.

Anyway, going by Shivangi's words, I'm assuming that Naira finds out something regarding her health. Maybe, she's suffering from a disease and being the divine soul that she is, she chooses not to let anyone know and also, refuses to marry Kartik.

I wonder what she found out. I'm super perched and eager to find out!

Naira suffering from a terminal disease seems a bit too much right now. The show has been riding high on drama from the past four months, they need a breather, for at least a week or two.

Naira acting indifferent to Kartik breaks my heart though. Yes, I have disliked his character in this track, but at the end of the day, they finally seemed happy. We will have to endure the sad yrkkh tunes and the tears again for god knows how long.
Imagine if Kartik ends up going to America after their "argument and the show takes a four months leap...

PS: Edited the reply because after watching all the segments, it's clear Naira is suffering from something.

Say whatever you may, after the rushed milan and the mushy romance, fans started losing interest in the show, but the cvs have once again pulled us all in 👏

Is it confirmed kartik.going to America.

Maybe he will go to U.S and then show will take a leap of four months and show what had happened.

I really hope that doesn't happen as Kartik going to U.S would justify what the families had been saying. It would signify how impulsive HE was being, to say the least. They wouldn't take them seriously henceforth. Also, we'd have to witness another apology scene from Kartik as he's obviously going to be very angry and berate Naira, however, upon finding out the truth, he'll end up pointing out his wrongs yet again. According to me, that doesn't show any growth in his character but anything can happen. We'll just have to wait and watch.

I am just thinking since the last leap things have not worked out so well that they may need another leap to put the story on the right track.

I think Swarna had asked Naira to back up... she might be emotionally blackmailing Naira... about how she was responsible for shubham's death and now she is taking Kartik away from her... or she would commit sucide if they marry... something like that...
