no sandy i will never call him a complete positive character, he always had layers. see the memory loss phase, he was negative there too. it was chakor who made him special and he changed for her.. she brought out the good qualities in him. but that greyness never really died out imo. yes sometimes he came across really nice but that negativity and greyness was still there. see how he behaved during imli zinda hai track, he was never a hero there too.Udaan hero was, is and will be Chakor till the endi will call suraj character a mix of anti heroism and greyness. never positive.i loook at him that way, so things make sense to me nowyes i wanted him to behave in certain ways but he didnt, but then its ok,pls suraj fans dont take offence to this post on mine, i am just saying what i feel. not degrading any character
Yes, he had layers. I don't know if I can say he wasn't positive. He's very flawed. He's not doodh ka dhula hua. But that doesn't make him negative either. He makes a lot of mistakes. He even repeats mistakes. But he switched from the bad side to the good side.
Memory loss track... he was negative. But he wasn't himself.
A lot of male leads are shown this way at times. I don't think that makes them an anti-hero. Some mild grey shades are always there.
Ok, I can't think too much about how Suraj was & I don't want to. This character confuses me sometimes. I started liking the badla hua suraj. And I always wanted to watch Chakor ka Suraj.
