Are their actions justified?

I think they can both be blamed but their characters actions make sense.

Aditya has nothing left to lose he sees his whole future with Zoya if he can't be with her then what's the point of living. He's been through a broken heart before and can't do it again, so he has to put all his efforts into making Zoya realise. He doesn't care about anything else hence his impulsive behaviour. He said that he would never let Zoya cry again but he's not realised she's only crying for him, because he's trying to save her from being in a loveless marriage and doesn't care about himself or anyone but only Zoya. He's never been in love like this before and can't let it go at any cost because if he can't stop the wedding there's nothing left for him, Zoya is his reason for living.

Zoya has a real battle between choosing between her Dad and the person she loves, a position she's been in before where she made the wrong decision. Aditya had helped build Zoya's confidence again but her dad with his constant taunting has taken that away from her. Aditya showed her it was okay to trust and believe in herself he was her support, she fought for him in front of everyone because she trusted him so much. Her dad also took away that support from her by proving that Aditya can't be trusted either. She is almost back to the same state she was in after she found out about Yash's betrayal, no trust in herself and this time Aditya isn't there as the friend she needs to bring her back. She'd rather follow what her dad says even though it is so painful for her because she can't be blamed again, she has no confidence in herself to make the right decisions. She wants to do one thing but is doing the other to please her father, she can't have him hate her again and speak bad about her the way he was when she overheard him on the phone at the very start.

She mentioned at the start something along the lines of that love is trusting the person you're in a marriage with. She had that with Aditya she trusted him more than herself. However now because her father proved Aditya wrong she's back to the point where she can't even trust herself, her father showed her that she can't pick the right friend either. Even though she doesn't want to she probably feels like it's better to listen to her dad than to be hurt again like she was with Yash.

The episodes do seem to be dragging a bit, but I guess they have Adiya scenes in them and allow us to see how the characters more. It's also a wedding track and itv always seem to drag these for a long time as there's always drama.

I would agree with you in Zoya's case if Roshnaq is pushing Zoya too but she said many times they all wanted Zoya's happiness.
She always repeating that she is happy with this wedding. it is her decision no one else's. She is not doing it for her father happiness. She already refused Arshad twice and didn't consider her father happiness before.

She is marrying Arshad to run away from Adi's love. If Aditya didn't confess his love to her she wouldn't marry anyone

I agree with you, Aditya confessing his feelings was definitely a trigger for her to accept the proposal. I think part of the fact is that she believes that she can't judge people as she had no idea about Aditya's feelings or the call. As a result, I think her confidence has gone so she'll follow what her dad says as he was right about Yash and about Aditya's actions.
Also, part of it could be that she would rather be in a relationship with no love or expectation rather than someone who loves her because she is so afraid of the love.

A lot of people are wondering why Zoya agreed to marry arshad when she doesn't love him. But the answer is in the question 😆 she doesn't want love because she is afraid of getting betrayed in love again. She did mention trust was important in a relationship. Yash broke her heart so badly that even the word love scares her now and that's why she is running away from her feelings for Aditya. Hence she is settling for a loveless marriage with arshad because she will have no expectations from him. But she is being foolish in the sense of not realising this shaadi will ruin 3 lives hers, Arshad's and Aditya. But she will realise her mistake on the wedding day.

@shrutiravi was right Bepannaah is a show that's has to be felt not seen.

Exactly, I sometimes feel people jump on the bandwagon when they don't like something or don't understand something and say they're going to stop watching, the characters are being ruined or the leads should not do the show. I understand that there are parts which people won't like but it seems to be more confusion as yesterday's episode had a positive reaction and today's was a mix.

Like you mentioned it is show that has to be felt. If you actually put yourself in the position of the characters and empathise with them it would be clear as to why they are acting like that. They are trying to move on from their past. Aditya is overcompensating with his love as it wasn't there with Pooja so now he wants to make sure it is.

Zoya is scared after what happened to her, if she's married to someone she doesn't love she can't be hurt as there are no feelings involved. Like Aditya is showing love she was trying to push forward the idea of friendship. She is ruining 3 lives but at the moment she can't see past the fear of being hurt again until it gets to a point where she realises that she is doing more harm this way.

Exactly. In real life do we always behave logically. No right sometimes we end up making stupid decisions not realising the impact this could have on others but later we realise our fault. Aditya and Zoya as characters have still got lots to learn. Their marriage is crucial for the story so that they make their relationship work without trying to repeat the same mistakes they did before.
