^^Well! there is no wrong and right. If production houses offer what actors demand then they will demand as they please. Gone are the days of individual producers. Now with advent of production houses the money a male lead gets is leaps and bounds ahead of female leads because they also agree to promote their other products. So when we see Kareena and Aishwarya, two highest paid female actors getting 3-3.5 crores, we have Aamir/SRK/Akshay Kumar getting 25 crore-30crore. See the difference.

When Madhuri Dixit was on the top around HAHK. She was the highest paid actor in Bollywood including all. She got 50 lakhs. None of the male or female actors got that.

Now production houses have made it a money making deal.

^ well for an actor who's done ONe movie, and that too was ok...is asking for 4 crores???

Of course, producers' money, they invest it in what they want to. They are getting paid a lot as having made only one movie yet.

I visited some Performing arts houses and i found many talented indian girls there. plus, with experince. I would never compare them with these jokers 😛
