Yeh Kunal banda akhir hey kia? Iss ka toh aaj tak mujhe samajh main nahi aya . Yeah akhir chahta Kia hay? Do patrio per sawar hoke chalney ki koshish kar raha hey. :|
First he engages in getting physical with Nandini...then he seems shocked and stupified at his own conduct! He is unable to digest his own doing and struggles to make eye contact with Nandini. But Nandini is a whole different story. She acts shy and nervous just as a bride does after the first night. She is all red on her face. Unknown to Kunal's mental conflict, she observes herself in mirror to see her reflection cast a new glow , afteral things are not same. A big change has taken place in her heart and the recent occurrence casts its light on her blooming face.
Kunal quickly though controls himself and veils his inner conflict. He never allows to caste the dark shadow of his mind on Nandini. To assure her he gives Nandini a touch of love and bids adieu. Nandini accepts it graciously.
But Kunal remains unmindful throughout the whole time until the moment Mauli calls his name. The more Mauli recalls their marriage vows the more crudely Guilt gnaws at Kunal. He remembers their bond-- their Love--their every single step together and his innerds suffer with pain and unsaid emotions. There was so much love between them. What happened to those vows? He is a torn man.
Mauli poor Mauli...she reiterates what a wonderful and faithful husband Kunal is...how nicely he had followed each of the vows. Only if she knew how brutally Kunal had breached the oaths! Each promise had been broken and how ! :( If I had been at Mauli's place I would never ever forgive Kunal for this. I would stop seeing his face forever.
Kunal is spineless. Usme itni himmat nahi ki woh Mauli sey saab sach bole . Kash he had accepted his relation with Nandini. I would have felt some sympathy for him.
After those romantic moments which is hard to erase, Nandini keeps calling Kunal and like a coward he keeps rejecting her call. Though later he does message her telling sorry and asking her to meet at Joggers park. Nandini always happy with little things, instantly brightens up. If we observe keeping her infidelity aside for a moment, we will realise that Nandini still is a innocent and naive girl at heart. She doesnt know how to hide feelings and is thankful to God whenever she receives whatever flicker of happiness. To her it does not always has to be big, but every small thing counts. Her character is straight and simple.
It's morning and Nandini waits for Kunal in the park. The moment she sees him she is elated and overjoyed. Happiness shows in her eyes. But Kunal appears with a long face. He does not beam and is gloomy. Nandini observes him and is quick to understand his state of mind. Usey derr nahi lagi samajne main what he is feeling. Hence she says -- appko pachtawa horaha hey. And she is right. Nandini is ready to leave. She is not like Kunal dwelling and unable to decide, instead her actions are always immediate and honest. She makes decision rightfully and quick. But it's again Kunal who stops her. Probably he realises he had been too cold towards her and acknowledges that whatever there is they are always in it together be it happiness or sadness. It speaks of a bond stronger than death and braver than anything. It is honest and comes right from the heart and touches our heartstrings. It makes their love purer n out of the realm of this world. And again the cvs confuse me here big time. I don't understand what they want to convey. It would be better if they stick to one thing. They are constantly changing sides . Sometimes Kunan make me feel their love is just a passing affair (because of what happened the other day!) and sometime it makes me feel it is the most purest of relation on earth. I am so torn! The creatives should decide first what they want to show and stick to that.
Anyway coming back to the scene.
Kunal is guilty but his love for Nandini overshadows every other thing. And always in fear of losing her he speaks his heart and Nandini is once more convinced of the strength and faith of their Love. They lose eachother in one another's arm. But...Yes... but Rajdeep is here and he sees everything and then it is not hard for him to make two and two together. He immediately concludes their relation and creates mayhem at home. He goes insane in anger and pledges to uncover their secret infront Mauli. Afteral his manness has been put under question mark! Nandini denied him and accepted Kunal which is a big jhatka for him. How can a man like Rajdeep who loves to control n torture his wife could accept that?
And although we hate Rajdeep but can't disagree that he is partially right, because whether we accept or not truth is unintentionally Nandini did become the reason of breaking Mauli's happy married life. :(
Ganapati bappa is arriving and Mauli for that invites Nandini. Nandini readily agrees. She is busy decorating Ganesh ji and she and Kunal has a relaxed and hearty talk after some long time. Kunal seems to be at ease and light hearted, enjoying the moment, not worried at all for future. Their interaction reminds me of two couples newly in love.
As usual Mauli's mother disagrees to wait for Nandini and is averse to the idea of placing two Ganapati bappas. She fiercely opposes. Mauli intervenes but to no avail. Nandini apologises but At last it is Kunal who stops Nandini from receding and once again becomes her saviour. He brings back smile on Nandini's face along with her confidence.
Nandini is a lovely girl. She can cook well she can paint can put rangoli and create Ganesh ji ki murat. She has many capabilities. I wish they had brought a different and single male lead for Nandini. She deserves to be happy. I have said this before and I will say it again, I dnt want her to become the other woman but sadly that's what she is becoming! :(
