I actually feel he's like:

a bit good for nothing

always hungry for something

kind of a plain worthless,

Behirians will curse him nonetheless 😆

A pest who's a womanizer

Dude correctly got Paulo-fertilizer 😆

We really need to save the entire kainath from this chemical and pest 😡

Agreed, But I believe there might be something more abt him. They won't cast Chetan hansraj in naagin and not have any dhamaka over him. He was the first person who was shown when Naagin 3 started.

He isn't exactly worthless they are developing his character by showing his greedy character, how he has more importance for money over relations. He would probably be someone who is going to get involved sooner or later with the naagmani later out of greed
