Thanks for your detailed response to my review @Vaishnavi!
I agree, punching her face was completely out of order. They should have stuck to using their swords. Rati was great in this episode, and really looked like a shatraani.
I don't think any of Alexander's maqsad will work no matter how hard he tries and how smart it looks when he reveals it. Splitting the army up was meant to do what exactly?
As for the trumpets, no of course I didn't watch this many times. I remember the battle of Issus scenes very well and how Alexander was frustrated at having to stop fighting because the trumpet announced the day way over. The soldiers were standing in their ranks with the Macedonian flag, whereas here they are scattered all over the place. I know SidT loves to reuse old shots. As for Cleitus saying "akraman" I noticed it the first time he said it and just sounded off to me.
Yes, I think Olympias is in for a few lectures, from PR, especially Laachi.
Dasyuraj is missing, wonder where he went.
I wish the CVs hadn't wasted all those episodes and got us attached to the Alexander-Olympias bond if they had always intended to insult his devotion to his mother and ability to protect her. jeez!
Yes, indeed Chanakya was worried for nothing. This Alexander is not the mahaan yoddha he's worried about.
They forgot about the Farsi fairies. Let's see how that angle is brought back in.
Yes, unfortunately, Alexander and bechaara finally ended up in the same sentence. Never thought I'd see this day.
