I know it was too harsh... but I think she was trying to get some reaction out of Palak...I think at the saree shop also she was aware that Rithwik is around... yeh Rohit aur Sethu ki mili bhagat hai.. they wanted to create a situation to make them meet..see how she was talking to the salesgirl about giving the lehenga to Palak in trial room in a loud voice... I think she wanted Rithwik to know that Palak is in trial room... otherwise she could have taken the lehenga herself to Palak or spoken in a soft voice to the sales girl..instead she was almost screaming...
