troubles on watching Alt Balaji

Guys, since yesterday I can't watch anything on Alt Balaji, the videos are not loading and I receive this message: Session key error"

Anyone here faced same problem? Can u suggest me what's happening? Thank u.

I had the same problem some time ago.. just raise a support request via email and they fix it immediately

You may need to reinstall... I have had the same issue
