Partition theme is one of the most interesting themes. Best movie for me was Pinjar.

There is also a pakistani tv series based on it. Ghughi. I liked it.

Earth is good too! You should watch it.

Other films I've seen:-

Viceroys House

Partition

Khamosh paani

There was also a documentary by Gurindhar chadha. India's partition the forgotten story.
