Kya Ek Jawan Ladka Aur Ek Jawan Ladki Kabhi Dost Ho Sakte Hain. Yeh Dekho Jawaan Dosti Ka Ek Nazara, Dosti Ka Khela Hua Ek Achha Natak.

The above words have become iconic even though they were spoken not by the hero but the villain. In the movie Salman Khan & Bhagyashree start as friends and eventually fall in love.

This is what is happening in Bepanah.

How many of you agree that platonic friendship is unusual between a girl & boy ...and this is not just a question of being narrow minded. The same was the case in KKHH.

Is friendship an important ingredient for love to survive and triumph ?

My personal belief is that friendship gives a firm foundation for abiding love.

Friendship is important for love

See friendship gives u an emotional bond. So a girl and boy can be friends. But somewhere a limit has to be drawn in that friendship because if u don't draw it then it can move to romance. So if ur married it is better you try to establish good friendship in your marriage than having a best friend of opposite sex. Even if ur just friends if the proximity goes beyond a limit the spouse won't be comfortable and it can affect your married life.

A guy and a gal can be friends but not best friends because sexual attraction always gets in the way.

There are so many friend circles where there are boys and girls who are friends with each other, our lead pairs do belong to such categories.

There can be complications for sure specially if one crosses the Lakshman rekha and the other remains committed to dosti.

We see this in Aditya & Zoya's case.

Its my personal experience, I fell in love with my best friend I have tried hard not to fall for him...when I confessed my loved he was happy...at the end he dumped me...the reason he told me that I am not the same girl anymore and he even told me that our equation is changed 💔

When you have BFF of opposite sex and probably the only friend then its difficult...laws of nature and hormones at work... but if you have many friends of opposite sex..then normally it is not a problem...of course circumstances and society plays a big role too.
