From the upcoming spoilers we have seen some of the scenes which are going to happen and has resulted in quite a few people being annoyed with the track which is understandable, but I think we need to give it chance.
I feel like we need to understand why the characters are doing what they are.
I mentioned in another post that the reason why the confession happens could be that Arshad tells Zoya that Aditya loves her, so she calls him over to confirm that it's not the case but when she mentions it Aditya can't lie to her as they trust each other so much he confesses that he loves her. From watching the pre-cap Harshad Chopda acting is perfect for that scene, watching it you honestly felt for Aditya it was genuine and like the old Aditya who is impulsive.
We've also read that Zoya slaps him, this could be an overreaction, but I think if you analyse Zoya's character it can be expected. She's had her trust broken before and saw Aditya as her best friend someone who she values so much and only a friend. Him confessing how he feels shatters her, she's not ready for love a few months ago she was willing to die, she needs time. The slap may be over reaction but explains how she is feeling.
It would be really good if there was a breakdown scene with Zoya and she explains to Aditya how she feels like she explained to Arshad, similar to the time when Aditya went to Zoya's house and slept over. Zoya might love Aditya but she doesn't know it yet as she's still struggling from her heart break.
The fact that Zoya accepts the engagement is annoying but it could be a combination of factors that makes her accept it. She feels like she went against her dad again and he was right as Aditya felt they were more than best friends and she didn't know this, and can't make the same mistake of going against her dad like she did with Yash. Anjana's words may play a part too. From the spoilers she doesn't tell Aditya face to face but asks Noor to tell him, it's possible that she can't bring herself to tell him. I'm sure Harshad Chopda and Jennifer Winget's acting will make these scenes worth watching.
The final spoiler we've seen is the fight where Arshad hits Aditya until he faints. When I first read it it reminded me of the jail scene where Adiya were being beaten in separate cells but they didn't care what was happening to them as they were more concerned about each other, the intensity in that scene was amazing. When Aditya is hit Zoya may or may not be there, but I am sure the Harshad Chopda's acting in this scene will be phenomenal just as it was in the jail scene, his eyes will show his feelings to the audience as they always do. Furthermore, Aditya may not fight back as for him it doesn't matter anymore he's shattered and broken Arshad can hit him but he can't feel the pain as all he cares about is Zoya who didn't accept his love.
Hopefully during this week, the old BGM is played. The confession, the slap, the engagement and the fight are intense and sad scenes and the lyrics of the old song would be perfect in showing the feelings of the characters.
Like I mentioned above I'm sure Harshad Chopda and Jennifer Winget's acting will make these scenes worth watching.
