Today there was a lot of misinformation and fake news being spread, used wisely by some and not so wisely by others. A big part of Alexander's strategy was about using decoys and misinformation to get the results he was looking for, mainly to keep Porus at bay for as long as possible, until Alexander's army was ready to receive him.

Porus and Dasyuraj fought the soldiers at the campsite in order to get to Dasyurani's body, but the Macedonian Boy Scouts weren't putting up much of a resistance anyway. Dasyuraj fights really well with just one hand.

Cleitus approaching Porus and letting out a war cry just before striking was the dumbest thing I have seen on this show, and there have been some. The whole point of surprising someone is to do so quietly. What the heck did Porus mean that Cleitus still had a habit of attacking from behind? When did he ever do that before? Either the dialogue writers are losing it or Porus has been smoking something. And look who's talking: the master of sneak attacks himself! Porus, instead of stabbing or killing him, decided to just point the sword and glare. What do I say to that? He needs to finish off his enemies once and for all otherwise they will come back and harm him even more next time.

Cleitus is a dumb guy.. I have no expectations! 😆Porus smoking perhaps Marijuana! 😆😆 Maybe Porus was referring to the act by another general of Alexander, Hephaestion, who also attacked Dasyurani from the back, of which, he came to know from Dasyuraj. Porus took stabbing in the back as the standard Macedonian custom!😆 You are right! Porus is really a master at sneak attacks but he won't ever accept it! Like Chanakya is never going to accept his mistakes! 😉 Porus should have killed Cleitus right away when he dropped his sword! He would have never left him like this if it was a soldier! This makes me think that this 'nakara' general is destined to die at the hands of Alexander!😆

Cleitus' pathetic "fighting" notwithstanding, he didn't seem to be trying hard at all and it was as if he was waiting for Porus to attack him and put him down, so that he would be distracted. Once his attention was completely on Cleitus and Dasyuraj had walked off towards the boats, Porus would have no option but to watch helplessly as the tent with Dasyurani's body was set on fire by the soldiers who were clearly on standby with torches, waiting for Cleitus to give them the go. It was meticulously planned to the last detail, possibly to cause both Porus and Dasyuraj emotional pain, but I wonder if this will mean something later on, especially in terms of how Laachi will react once she finds out. The question is, was Dasyurani's body really in that tent? 😲

Cleitus wasn't able to withstand even a single blow from Porus who managed to injure him and render him weaponless in his very first attack! He is such useless! Even if we go by his character as is depicted in the show, how can it be believed that this is the same guy who saved Alexander's life!😕 What did Alexander mean when he said 'bahot kuch tumhara wahan intezar kar raha hai'.. nothing except a dumb Cleitus was awaiting him😆 Ambiraj also asserted that Porus is going to walk to his death! Heck! Was Cleitus supposed to kill him?!

Cleitus said that the body of the person who had betrayed their Shah would not be given the right to funeral rites. I found this scene really strange. Iif that were the case then why was Dasyuraj not killed by Alexander? Cleitus knew Porus would arrive there and was expecting it, so his statement to Porus doesn't make sense. Why would Alexander have Cleitus do this with Dasyurani's body? He has no reason to, and I suspect it was Cleitus' own decision to get his revenge this way. Still, they have dumbed Cleitus down to a ridiculous level now. Come on!!!!! He's going to end up dying one of these days for the stupidest reason. Talk about character assassination! 😡

That statement was as stupid as Cleitus himself!😆 Alexander gave his word to Dasyuraj that he would return Dasyurani's body only if they complete the bridge for him. Agar Alexander sach mein zubaan ka pakka hai then why did he promise Dasyuraj that he will return his wife's body to him after he returns from PR if he didn't want a her to have a proper funeral in the first place.😕 It was illogical!

After reading about the real one and his tragic death I really admired Cleitus, but now I've given up on Sony Cleitus. You guys are right, what an insult to his legend! 😡 But if Alexander and Chanakya's character assassination can happen, then Cleitus doesn't stand a chance either. After the way Alexander was encouraging him last time I thought he would get a chance to at least put up a tough fight, but looks like he won't. Maybe that's why Alexander left him with only a few men because he knew he was useless. Kaisa general hai?

@Luckysnow maybe you're right. Alexander secretly wanted him dead! And now seeing that Cleitus is not good enough at fighting Alexander will summon the "ruthless Seleucus. I really hope he makes an appearance on this show. 😃

I'm still wondering why Alexander spared the Dasyus. Was it really just because of his zubaan? I don't think so. It seems as if Alexander has something else in store for them that would require Dasyuraj to still be alive and in charge of his men, possibly to lead them into an ambush and finish them off once and for all. If Dasyuraj arrives in PR with his men and attacks Alexander, he would have a good reason to justify attacking the Dasyus as he would no longer be bound by the terms of their treaty. I'm speculating here, of course, but Alexander might be wanting to kill two birds (or more) with one stone.

I think calling the Dasyus 'gaddar' isn't logical. Dasyus were in an agreement with Alexander that they will complete the bridge for him in exchange for Anusuya's custody. When they decided to break the treaty, Alexander played his trump card and left them with no other option but to build him the bridge. That treaty was broken at that time and only his 'zubaan' was in play!

I felt really bad for Dasyuraj the great leader and husband seeing him desperate to get to the burning tent! 😭 Good thing Porus was there or he would have jumped through the flames to recover his wife's body. I wouldn't have been able to handle Dasyuraj dying as well. Porus looked really worried for Hasti. He didn't have the same confidence as usual when talking about Alexander attacking him.

Alexander did not seem at all surprised to find Hasti at the head of the PR camp and he was pretty prepared to settle old scores with him.

The situation was serious but the verbal exchange was hilarious! 😆 Hasti was basically saying the equivalent of Over my dead body and Alexander's voice was dripping with sarcasm as if to say: Fine, you have a death wish? Let me fulfill that for you. Let's just get it over and done with so that I can move on to more important things, like finding my mother.

You are hilarious!😆😆😆 I really think Alexander is just here for his mother!😳 He clearly gave Hasti the chance to let him into PR without getting into a fight..'tum aaj meri maa aur mere beech mein aaye ho isliye tum nahin bachoge' but Hasti disagreed and hence came this dialogue 'Ab agar koi marne ki thaan hi le to main kya kar sakta hoon!'😆

I wanted to see a longer fight sequence between Hasti and Alexander, but the CVs didn't indulge me this time. Alexander is using the dagger nowadays, very interesting to see, but I wish the whole thing wasn't in slow motion most of the time. It takes the punch out of the fight sequences. Hasti was very brave and I was really touched to see him put his all into not just defending PR but to really act as Porus' protector. Ripudaman would have been extremely proud. 👏

At least Cleitus should have been shown resisting Porus as long as Hasti resisted Alexander!

Where is Hasti's mother? She's going to be a mess when she finds out. I have been wondering if either she or Kadika were the ones to stab Anusuya. I am still hoping he's only severely injured and not dead. It would be so sad but it seems inevitable, after all those talks of him being Porus' shield, that he'd die this way. Laachi was right, he fought bravely until (what looked like) his last breath. Alas! He was no match for Alexander on a warpath to get his mother back. I hope Alexander double-checked to see if he was still breathing. 😕

When Hasti collapsed, it was some kind of a tune which glorifies an honourable death playing in the background.. so maybe he is dead for real!!😲

They seemed to have time to receive two messages, one about Barsine and one later on about Porus approaching the PR camp. Who are the spies, I wonder? They know things that no one else does!

There's got to be a reason Alexander sends Hephaestion off to make the Farsi fairies freeze in their tracks (pun not intended). Not that there is anyone left he could give orders to because Sony Alexander came to India with only two generals, neither of whom seem to be convincing as battle-hardened warriors at all. Cleitus is back at Taxila, gloating over his success at preventing Dasyuraj from taking Dasyurani's body back. Ugh! 😡

I hope Hasti doesn't kill Bamni and that Bamni only ends up being injured (though I'm not sure if he'd recover as fast and as well as last time, since Chanakya ran away and there is no one to treat him). Bamni would never let Hephaestion take the Farsi fairies away so easily and I want it to be a tough fight - maybe Hephaestion will fail in this mission. Otherwise, I'm speculating he'll fall in love with Drypteis on the way back to Taxila after a bloody fight with Bamni. If Hephaestion marries Drypteis then they might emotionally blackmail Barsine into not going and starting a revolution in Faras as she will fear for her sister's life. Alexander doesn't even need to marry her right now. He's still got to fix his relationship with Roxanne first. 😉

I think his decision of marrying Barsine would make Alexander and Roxanne closer. It would lead to Roxanne confronting him and him making it clear to her how much importance she holds for him and that his admiration and love for her would never fade away no matter what happens.

I just wish Alexander hadn't sent Hephaestion away. He didn't even rescue his mother yet and without both his generals by his side, or at least Hephaestion, it won't be easy. I find it hard to believe that things will go 100% according to his plan. 😕

So Ambhiraj knows that it was the humshakal who died, and that things are going according to the preset plan. He must be so pleased to have gotten so close to PR finally, something he could have only dreamed about all these years. I am looking forward to his next move because I doubt he will follow Alexander's plan to a T. He's going to take advantage of Alexander being solely focused on his mother and do something else instead. I don't trust him one bit. 😡

Chanakya has warned Alexander once about Ambiraj so he might create some trouble for him!

Maybe I'm overthinking things but I still feel uneasy about Taxila being left all exposed like this. Their whole army is going to PR and Alexander's army is nowhere nearby. Anyone can attack and take over right now. It's a different matter that no one might be interested in doing so, but maybe the Taxila queen (anyone know her name?) will set her son free in everyone's absence so that Ambhikumar can create some trouble.

Roxanne, the Taxila queen, and Ambhiraj are defenseless. If Alexander and Cleitus combined took ALL the men, who's guarding the Taxila palace? Is Chanakya going to do something to Roxanne now? I wouldn't put it past him. That man will never admit his mistakes and keep making more of them. 😡

When Alexander was leaving the palace, Roxanne was standing back there all alone and the camera focused on her watching the soldiers leave. Shaayad kuch bura hone waala hai uske saath. 😕 If anything happens to Roxanne now, Alexander ka to demaag kharaab ho jaayega. Woh sochega ke main yahan Bharat par fateh karne aaya hoon ya apne kunbe ki hifaazat karne mein masroof rehne? Dono ko agle ship se waapas Macedonia bhej dega.

It was a nice touch by the CVs where Alexander was talking about how he'd attack from both sides and said Aapko yahan se baahar le jaaonga maa, and back in PR the unconscious Olympias was murmuring her son's name, almost as if the waves were transmitting their thoughts and their feeling across to each other and reassuring that they would meet soon. Sameksha looked gorgeous even in that state! Chanakya is now exhausted from all that hard work. That's what his students were saying, but I think he just ran away. 😡

Alexander is such a sweet Mama's boy!!😳😳 I hope they meet sooonnn!!!😃😃 Chanakya ran away!!😉

Even though I was hoping Alexander would find her unconscious I was happy to see Olympias wake up - Sameksha did a fabulous job today! 👏 The way Olympias looked unsettled and disoriented upon opening her eyes, trying to get her bearings but still feeling the effects of the turmoil her body has been through was wow! Thank goodness she was the same Olympias and not reformed, or it would have been very boring! I would have understood the PR ladies proudly announcing that Alexander was dead but they were looking complacent today, maybe even borderline arrogant and this is the result of underestimating Alexander. I am feeling scared for both of them now. It's going to be a real messy fight and they will have to face the Taxila army without Porus around. Ouch!

YES!! Sameksha was TOO GOOD!! The way Anusuya sat beside her and the way she arched herself, she looked boastful! According to her, they had killed Alexander and won the war. There was no need of being arrogant to the mother who has just lost her son.

Some lovely lines from Olympias today:

Hiran kab tak bachega, aakhir usse sher ke jabron mein aana hi padega!

Mera beta khud aayega yahan aur tumhare saamne Porus ko khatam karega

Anusuya reminded Olympias of her warning against wishing for the death of another's son and praying for her son's life instead. Well that's what Olympias had been doing, right?

Olympias was physically weak but mentally strong as ever, her faith in her son never wavering.

I loved how she was not convinced of Alexander's death no matter what the PR ladies were telling her.

Zeus ka beta ek insaan ke haathon nahin mar sakta

Alexander nahin mar sakta!

Woh aayega

Mera beta mere liye zaroor aayega

Just the sheer will of her words could have summoned Alexander! Even Anusuya was shocked by how confident Olympias was of this. 😲

After everything that happened, Anusuya asks Chanakya's students to keep an eye on Olympias, but she's still roaming around and listening to what people are saying! 🤣

I was amazed by the way she completed Bhairav's sentence about the dead one being a humshakal. She wasn't there during the board meeting, but she knew exactly how her son did things without having received the memo! 👏 What I loved in that scene was how Olympias emerged from behind, still weak and limping, holding on to the wall for support, not straight-backed as she usually is, but the fire still raging within her. She even knew that Alexander had entered PR! Wah re maa ki mamta! She was low on energy but high on conviction and every word she spoke began to worry Anusuya, who was stunned that she knew all this.

I also loved the way Olympias limped down the stairs, spitting fire and beaming with pride as she said:

Alexander aur uski maa ke beech jo bhi aayega usse dusre jahaan ka darwaaza khatkhatana hoga.

Sameksha was brilliant and she looked extra beautiful today. Real queen! ⭐️

I also loved how she said:

Tum logon ne meri itni khaatirdaari ki hai, to tumhe ek aur mauqa deti hoon

Apne hathyaar daal do aur Alexander ki baadshaahat qubool kar lo

Warna tum logon ka bhi wahi hashr hoga jo Hasti ka hua

Sameksha was really brilliant! She wonderfully depicted a physically weakened and wore out Olympias who was still fiery inside!👏👏👏 Pauravans have been underestimating Alexander since the beginning and Anusuya is still confident that Puru would throw the mother-son out of Bharat. 😕

Laachi spoke up then and said that Olympias was only alive because of Porus and Chanakya's efforts. I wanted to shake her! Olympias is in PR because of them in the first place. Ugh! She seemed to have partial amnesia. She asked Olympias to pray that Hasti was still alive because if he wasn't then Porus would destroy everything, giving an example of Hasti being trapped in a boat. That little reminder made me realize how far Hasti had come from his Porus-hating days as a Dasyu. The character has had good growth on the show.

And then a My son will beat yours spat ensued.

Anusuya said:

This is probably what is going to get her killed by Ambhiraj, because she will think that he is there as an ally, as her brother and will herself open up the PR doors to his army. @EtherealRati, behendrohi is a great adjective to describe him. 😡

Anusuya is still counting on Porus to kick Alexander and Olympias out of Bharat - she sounded very confident but it would be a shame if she weren't around to see it. The CVs are messing with our heads again. It looks like Ambhiraj might arrive in PR before Alexander so I want to see Laachi and Anusuya go out in full warrior mode and take down lots of Taxila soldiers if they figure out he's betraying them, otherwise they should take down Alexander's men when they arrive. After all the training the PR ladies received I really want to see some long and interesting fight sequences. Both ladies would be awesome! 😃

If Ambiraj really backstabs PR and kills off Anusuya then would Laachi survive? Her death would have made more sense as she keeps on reminding Porus that she would be beside him throughout the war and Porus too repeats that he would definitely beat Alexander if he has her partnership.

There was a beautiful overhead shot of all the boats on the river - I just wish it weren't so dark. It's ironic that after all the promises and vachans about preventing Alexander from crossing the river and Chanakya's warnings against it, they both inadvertently showed Alexander exactly how to do it due to their yojnas. I had said he would use boats, right? Well there you go! If they hadn't planned that sneak attack and escaped by boat in front of Alexander, he may not have considered that option as feasible for a large army. He ended up overcoming the obstacle of the very water the PR people were relying on. 😉

This is the first time they showed Bucephalus and Alexander interacting like this.❤️ He just skipped over to his horse as if he were just a little boy taking a small break from a playground fight. I can't believe they'd show someone like Alexander sheathing his bloody sword, but maybe he was eager to see Bucephalus, so I will let that slide. Also, the number of drops of blood on Alexander's face and clothes seemed to change from one frame to another. 😕

Bucephalus the secret messenger! 😆 I only hope that this sudden focus on him doesn't mean that the most famous horse in history will die, but if he does then he'd better have a glorious death. 😭 Most importantly he must give Alexander some swimming lessons before that, since he seemed to have crossed the river just fine! He wasn't on one of the boats Alexander took to PR.

I wish they had given us some scenes of Alexander and his horse throughout the show. When Alexander was patting him today, we knew how much affection there was, but many viewers would not know the depth behind this as they are not aware of how much Alexander loves his horse, enough to name cities after it and on the show, enough to bring its own hamshakal just to fool Porus. Itne dhoke khaane ke baad, ab Alexander ko sirf Bucephalus par bharosa hai, insaanon par to bilkul nahin. 😆

So Alexander wants Porus and the Dasyus to come towards his army. For some reason he chose not to kill the Dasyus back in the camp. I wonder what mushkilein he has set up for them.

Dasyuraj: lagta hai Alexander ne humein rokne ke liye apni sena bheji hai. Duh!

Based on Anusuya's words, Porus being superman might outwit and destroy all of Alexander's army, and the masterplan will fail, I think.

I'm disappointed Alexander won't see Olympias in her unconscious state. I wanted him to explode after that. I hope at least he will see her in this weakened condition - that would infuriate him to no end. SidT probably won't give us an emotional reunion. Alexander will just nod at her, put her in a chariot or on a horse and ride off. 😡

I am still worried that Alexander won't be able to get his mother back. She will either be killed or taken away and he will never see her again. I couldn't bear it! 😭 As I said before, please if SidT wants to show a separation, then let it be because Alexander decides to send her back to Macedonia in order to protect her and not that he for some reason doesn't ever see her again in Bharat either.

Pre-cap: Yes, SidT we get it. Can you stop showing us this now?? It's bad enough seeing it once. This was supposed to be Rakshabandhan week for goodness sake! 😡 And why are all the PR people just staring at Anusuya lying on the ground like that instead of doing something for her? What are they waiting for? Porus' grand entry? Ouf! 😡After seeing this again today, I feel a bit more hopeful about Bamni surviving, because Porus can't become an orphan!
