Ending of season 2

Thinking about possible ending like another member pointed out , Dev can shown dead in the climax episode. Detective shows hardly show happily ever after. In season 1 meera sacrified her life for Dev. In this season i feel he will sacrifice his life for his loved ones . Ther is high chance that both mehek and Dev die but baby survive nd will have an open ending. As for now channel not planning another season it seems. So the baby twist can give them liberty to go for another season anytime with same lead / different lead. One more thing Dev won't simply let go of mehek and child even if his mom truth comes out. His heart simply can't hate her. Even her death won't change this fact. It opens a possibility that both Dev and mehek die . I have Mani ratnam's "Dil se " feeling from the whole mehek Dev plot.😕

I do think Dev's death will be the ending but it will make the entire show very sad. I won't be able to watch it again
If Mehek dies at this stage then baby would also die since it's premature. Maybe she passes away during labour while the child survives. Either way we are heading for a tragic ending. She didn't kill his mom intentionally or perhaps Shreya is alive so pen drive won't make a difference and yea, he loves her too much anyway. Well..I feel it's heavily inspired by the movie Lootera with Mehek playing the guy's part.

It can be shown that Dev has supposedly died. Whether he died or not will remain a mystery but a hint is given that he is still alive.
