@harshadholic, trust me, i understand patriarchal system ..and sadly that is how it works...

I agree, no father would ever agree that their daughter is out with any guy irrespective of who it is. But somehow they think that they are always right. To tell them that they could also make a mistake is unimaginable...mother's are almost never allowed to take any part in the decision making.

Career prospect:...to each his/her own. I have a very close friend, class topper, surgeon but chose to work in a village because that is what he wanted... to give back to his hometown. For Jenny, ...Personally, i really think Zoya is an interesting character,...it has the subtleties which is quite opposite to Maya...and it is only an add-on..in no way it is bad for her career. ...it shows how versatile she is.

P.S. to everyone here...on a lighter note...this is probably the maximum i have written in over 2 decades...i normally don't have to put my thoughts into writing...i can't even recall when was the last time (other than this forum, that also in shruti's thread)...that i actually wrote so much...wow...it sure is difficult ...my respect for all the writers in the forum just increased 2 folds :D...

We just need to chill and remember this is merely a serial and not to be confused with real life.

Directing actors to leave shows or linking them off screen is an unhealthy practice and should never be encouraged. But i guess the forum is for all and there are always some who exceed their brief. Trust me BP viewers are still very decent in their comments ...have seen earthquakes in other show forums.

Have no problem with fans discussing and sharing viewpoints regarding the narrative itself. Find it interesting to see so many angles and some of the symbolism posts are too good.

I have no doubt the creatives too appreciate the discussions as they pick up ideas fro them. Within a few days of a mention here that the haunting melodies of BP were being missed we have them back ...a bit tragic the circumstances but HC excels in every mood.
